@Cynde McInnis I love this plan for you. It seems this reframe is right on time for you, your word of the year just got a boost. A few minutes at the mat to 'train' creative energy to attune to our inner rhythms. Once I thought about this idea and followed the connections I too had that 'ah ha' moment. I get so inspired and this is why we practice.
