We’re different!!! 1% 😉
We’ve officially transitioned into a new month—can you believe it’s already October?! It’s the last quarter of 2025, and while many people dread the last quarter of the year, we’re going to change the narrative a bit—because our goal is to approach this journey with a different mindset than MOST people! 💯 One of the most common attitudes people have during the holiday seasons is ⬇️ 👉Just give up altogether and plan to get serious in January. People who do this often use the excuse of “I am just going to enjoy the holidays and not worry about my weight, etc.”. This would be fine if it were actually true, but the reality is that it isn’t true. Most people do worry about it, even though their actions say otherwise. The mental anguish is a real thing, and when January rolls around, they’re often upset with themselves. Again, we aren’t like most people any longer. If you remember what we spoke about on Monday, you already know the answer lies in what you have the capacity for. The answer is found in consistency + time. Your thoughts and actions don’t have to be one-sided during the holiday season. You can enjoy the holiday season while also progressing forward. Progression doesn’t always mean keeping the same physical appearance/losing weight, etc. Progression might mean you gain a lb or two during the holidays (and focus on building muscle!), and discover a new mindset tool to help you navigate the dessert table without overdoing it. Progression along this journey isn’t always found in this idea of staying thin—and you shouldn’t always just assume that you’ve regressed simply because your body changes a bit. In fact, the winter months are when your body is designed to rest. That doesn’t mean “do nothing”, FYI. Just as extreme dieting isn’t the answer, neither is the opposite true (doing absolutely nothing). The answer is found in the gray—the answer is found in the most challenging thing you have the capacity for. 💯 TAKING ACTION: ✅ Show up in this space tomorrow to learn a little more about our October education and the exciting things we have planned for you! Want progress? Decide!
“You cannot make progress without making decisions.” ~Jim Rohn We’re wrapping up another week full of education and progress. You see, progress, when done correctly, happens slowly. It happens over time. You may not notice the day-to-day changes, but one day, you’ll look back and realize how much you’ve changed. I love the quote above because it stands for truth. You can’t make progress without making decisions. You can’t progress if you don’t decide that today is the day. You can’t make progress if you don’t decide to fuel your body properly today. You can’t make progress if you don’t decide to move your body. You can’t make progress—until you DECIDE to. You have to make the decision, friends. Nobody can do it for you. I know it’s not always easy, but the easy road never leads to anywhere worth visiting. 💯 What will you decide today? TAKING ACTION: ✅ What are you deciding today? Share with us below! ✅ How are you doing with our STEPtember challenge so far?

I’m doing great with the step challenge also! Plan to keep it going into October! I’m going to add another day of weight training to go along with my extra walking! I feel like I’ve plateaued…as far as losing weight is concerned, just trusting the process and trying to be consistent with whole food eating and my exercising! Really want to make it through the cold months not gaining any weight or messing up my progress!

“Here is your weight loss checklist, whether you are twenty, fifty, or eighty years of age: adequate protein intake, strength training, daily movement, consistency, and patience.” ~Susan Niebergall (Fit at Any Age: It's Never Too Late) As you probably noticed, our overall program and platform aligns with the advice given in the quote above; however, today I want to focus on one specific point— Friends, there is a good reason why we don’t do extreme cuts or deficits in our program/platform. Instead, we focus on whole foods, eating intuitively and moving our bodies. That’s why so many of you began my program, especially the Elite and Concierge, and couldn’t believe how much you could eat and still see results in the beginning! The reasons why drastic dieting doesn’t work are too numerous to count, and we’ll talk more about them this week. But the overall point you need to lock in today is that eating whole foods and eating intuitively are sustainable AND they help you reach your goals while protecting your metabolism and overall health. More to come on this in the days ahead! 💯 TAKING ACTION: ✅ How does this program differ (in terms of drastic dieting) from other plans you’ve tried in the past? Do you have more freedom?

Definitely feel like I have more freedom with Be Well Co.! I haven’t worried about counting, measuring or weighing anything since starting in May! I’ve lost 17 pounds so far! I have lots of energy throughout the day and I’m sleeping so much better! I enjoy 3 meals a day! So thankful I found this program (lifestyle) ! Fas

7 Walking Must-Try’s
If you’ve been following along all week, you probably already realize how beneficial it is to get those steps in. And while simply taking a walk is beneficial, there are other activities you can engage in while walking that provide a slight edge in terms of overall wellness. 💯 For example, swinging your arms while walking boosts your heart rate and calorie burn. Mindful breathing calms your mind, reduces your stress levels, lowers your blood pressure, and may enhance your heart health. You may not think about incorporating other things while walking, but you’ll find there are several “extras” you can try that will enhance your overall health. Check out the article below to learn more about these must-try additions you can add to your waking routine! ⬇️ 7 must-try things to do while walking for heart health TAKING ACTION: ✅ Are there any of these things mentioned in the article that you’re already doing when walking? If so, which ones? Share with us today and have a successful Saturday, friends! 👟
