Good morning, I have just had my onboarding call with lovely @Jessica Wise. She has been very helpful and really thorough and made sure that I have everything (emails, invoices, access to the training portal). Bit about myself. I am a single mum of 2 boys, working full time in the NHS as a Bank staff and also a landlord of just 1 BTL property. I have been wanting to learn about commercial property and been searching for the right mentor to guide and help me learn. I did say to Jess that I have a strong feeling that this community will help me achieve that. I am doing this for my 2 sons, my mother and also for our church so I can keep providing financial support for them.

Good morning all. 1. I'm based in London but have holiday let in suffolk 2. My main goals are to get bookings up it very quiet ATM and to purchase another property to move into contractor market 3. I'm working on moving more into contractor market as well as tourists

Hey @Ebun Scott lettings not so bad this month thank you, as have xmas and new year bookings. So I'm taking the time next week to do an audit on the laundry, fire safety and renew all the safety checks gas, electric and PAT. Also fitting Security camera as I have a very cheeky neighbour who thinks he can park in my car park whenever he likes 🙄. Also need to finish putting up Christmas decs. What about you how's business?
