So what is everyone doing to not go bald? 🫣😩

Hi! I’m, Sarah. Happily married with two sons. I enjoy spending time outdoors, with family and cooking for our church chuckwagon. I have started perimenopause at 40 and it’s drastically affected my life, even with HRT I am still struggling with anxiety and depression quite a bit. My PCP and MHAPRN just did Gene Sight and made some changes so I’m hopeful. Hope to learn a lot as well as help and encourage others as well.
