I’m still here
Hello my school family I know I have not been as active as I usually am but I’m still fighting a good fight. I’m still being strong. I been dealing with some health issues lately some new some old, but we don’t take care of your body and sacrifice your body to drugs and alcohol. When you get older this is the outcome. I will be going on disability for a few months to get my body and mine and my health together, but blessings and strength and love to each and everyone of you guys you are all beautiful creatures that God created. Stay strong continue to fight.
I'm sorry but I'm still here it's just that I have some family stuff to sort out before tomorrow
🚨 THIS WEEK’S ASSIGNMENT IS NOW LIVE: THE BODY REMEMBERS 🚨
Family, this week we are going deeper into healing. This lesson is called “The Body Remembers: How Trauma Lives in the Nervous System.” So many of our reactions are not because we are weak, broken, or failing. Sometimes our body is still responding to battles that ended years ago. This week’s lesson will help you understand: ✔️ fight, flight, freeze, and fawn ✔️ why your body reacts before your mind ✔️ how triggers connect to childhood pain ✔️ why cravings are often the body asking for relief ✔️ how family trauma affects trust, fear, and control 📝 Your assignment for this week is now posted inside the classroom. ➡️ Go into Classroom ➡️ Click Understanding ACEs ➡️ Open the assignment titled “The Body Remembers” Please complete: - the Trigger Mapping exercise - your Body Awareness Journal - the weekly reflection questions This week is about learning your body instead of judging it. Awareness is where healing begins. Remember: the goal is not perfection, it is understanding. I’m proud of each of you for doing the deeper work. Let’s keep healing together.
So sorry for not responding sooner but I've had to deal with some personal issues
This Weeks Assignment
This week’s lesson breaks down a powerful truth: addiction is not the root problem—it’s the symptom. We explore the deeper drivers like thoughts, pain, and beliefs that fuel addictive behavior. True healing begins when we address what’s underneath, not just what’s on the surface. Complete your worksheet by the end of the week—we’ll discuss it together.

Thoughts 🤔🧠
Take a moment and really look at this… What do you feel? What do you think this represents? Is it pain… healing… or the battle in between?

I feel like I've got a lot of work to do with my addiction, I think that the picture is representing is the most importantly is the battle that one person faces in their own unique brains is the between being active addict and raising above it all and coming out the other side clean and having the ability to a better life
