@Lawrence Neal itโ€™s usually about 60 sessions, 8 pf those being partners which takes about an hour. And then 3 group classes that are 45 mins. I choose to train Tuesday-Friday and ends up being about 40 hours. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
What makes for a great trainer?๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
This morning as I was doing my workout, I began to reflect on some of the things that make for a good trainer. Monday is my day to do my workout, catch up on paper work, do my piano, get my nails done (all the important things, right? Ha!). ๐Ÿ˜‚ I began to think about what makes for a good trainer and Development of the Self, is what came to mind. If I want consistency from my clients, then I myself must be consistent. Showing up for myself, keeping myself accountable to the same workout I put my clients through, sets a tone. Clients know when they come to gym, I mean business. Sure we talk, but in between the talking, we work. We get what we put out. If we want clients who value and appreciate us, then we must put forth energy that values and appreciates the client. Clients can tell when we are tired or half a&*ing it. When we show up with an energy ready to serve our customer, we in turn see that reflected back to us through client retention or through continued referrals from our clients. If I am not at my best, I am not going to be able to offer the best of myself to my clients. Every morning before I head to the gym, I take time to mentally prepare and adapt accordingly to the days events. Clients arenโ€™t paying only for our expertise, they are paying for our presence and sometimes our presence becomes the most important thing we have to offer. There has been so many days over the years, where the workout became irrelevant, not because it didnโ€™t matter, but what mattered was my ability as a trainer to be present and adapt the workout accordingly. Who we are attracts what we get. The beliefs we hold, the energy we radiate, the way we see ourselves, is what shapes the experiences and people that come into our life. Clients come to me easily and effortlessly because I hold an image in my mind that I am โ€˜always ready and open for businessโ€™ and I deliver on that belief each and everyday. The โ€œIโ€ I see myself โ€œto beโ€ attracts the business I want to have and the clients I want to train.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Good answers. I hardly noticed the profanity. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ glad he adheres to 1 x weekly and is real about what works for him and his clients. I have a similar cancellation policy and everyone is really good about it.
