Guys summer is getting pretty hot now. Quick reminder to drink loads of water first thing in the morning, throughout the day, during training, after training (recovery shake 3:1 ratio), and before going to bed. Screw my fellings and stop overthinking when it gets hard
Staing motivated while injured until surgery.
So i will have surgery in like a month and im trying not to push myself too hard bc i dont want to make it bad but at the same time trying to enjoy my time in the pool while i can. Im motivating myself by saying i don’t have much time till i get better but still dont do wors or push too hard.
