Dline striking
Hello. When i strike guys in the run game, my body is positioned wrongly almost like my chest is puffed out and I’m catching the ol. Is there a mental cue to get the right position and strike hard.

hi me hearing that you have problems with your chest being to puffed our or to high I would say work first on getting always low you can practice by yourself actually just going throug a gap at the lowest way possible even though you wouldnt go that low in a game so it becomes a habbit for you to go low and aftrwards work on always striking with your thumbs up if you need to peek but if your going at it with a bull rush in the breast bone (middle of the chest) and the bicep is more than okay so you can usea a rip afterwards and to get more power work on your shin angles actually coach made a video about recently hope this helps!

I think he need a better angle too and did the move to quick in my opinion
Getting faster
Anyone got any tips on getting faster and also like haveing a faster get off and more explosive one. Because right now dureing practice im always getting beat to the outside by the tackle makeing it harder for me to stay in the c gap. I also play in a 3 point stance 5 tech

Hi eason something that worked for my was doing plyometrics and explosive compund lifts like diferent types of squats i just focused on doing 6-8 explosive reps with heavy weights and for the plyos you can do things like sided ways or normal pogos hope this helps!
Recovery
Hi guys can you please send me tips or recovery advice because i just sprained my wrist really bad and i havent been able to go to practice so any type of recovery advice that i can do from my house will be really appreciated!
