Hi there, I studied an online course with Musical Breathwork and Brooke McPoyle which is based on both Fascia Release and Breath and was absolutely science based and so informative… I definitely suggest it’s worth looking into them and her videos are really interesting. Having just completed the Foundational Breathwork course here.. I can honestly say that Jamie knocks the Breath side out the park!! Amazing course and definitely recommend it here. Sandy
