Hey everybody, a quick question. I've started the Trauma-Aware functional breathwork courses and i was wondering is there some way to get the transcript of the courses? English is not my native language and sometimes it goes a little too fast for me :D It's the first time using Skool also, which, feels also a little fast :D Thanks in advance and greetings from Belgium.

I understand that when doing breathwork we need some ambient and rhythmic music depending on what we're doing. I would love some suggestion on some playlists or artists that you are using? I loved some of the music from this immersion, but when I search up in the apple app, I can't find it. Thanks!
