I replied to a fb post where an investor is looking for a flip, told him to send me his contact because I am working to secure one. I gave him some info like the size and estimated cost etc. But not the address. Well, guess what 2 people are asking for now, the address. I do not have this under contract yet. What is my next move, no reply until I have it under contract? Details are Arv 230 +/- 10k Repair cost ~45k My fee ~15K Home purchase price (Hopefully 125k)
