Scalability and Tech Support?
Hey everyone in the last 45 days I was able to onboard 15 clients and sell about 8k worth of bots WITHOUT really marketing much which is great BUT Here is my bottleneck. Tech Support and Software issues for scalability. How do you guys handle this now. I will be hiring a VA that has experience with consolidata But itโs really hard to troubleshoot when โฆ. Letโs say our clients experience issues outside of GHL and OpenAI - they relay issues to usโฆ. Then we have to relay issues to consolidata support and hope to get a response THEN we relay back to client. This is not the most efficient process obviously because we are at the mercy of their hours and response time. Iโm always willing to invest as needed henc me bringing on a VA. Anyone willing to share a good solution. We have a Skool group with training vids, docs and more BUt there are sometimes issues with consolidata we can control. How are yall dealing with this at scale. I have about another 15 clients that want my services like right now but Iโm waiting to fulfill for these very issues.
