In this video, I walk through one of my client accounts to show how an AI-powered lead follow-up and automated booking system captures and books leads when sales reps are busy, using an AI + live sales rep model. I break down the lead flow from online lead sources like Zillow and other vendors (and how it can also work with Facebook or Google Ads), then show the real AI text conversation where the bot answers questions about zero closing cost VA loans and moves the prospect to booking. I also reveal the backend automations: a webhook creates a contact, tags the lead source, assigns a rep, sends internal email/SMS/app notifications, auto-calls the rep to connect instantly, and reroutes unanswered leads into a team pool. Finally, I show the external pre-contact nurture sequence with texts/emails that stops once contact is made.
