What’s your favorite color:)
Today I heard Brené Brown say that she would no longer compromise who she is and that she had done that for the first 30 years of her life and she would no longer do that. I think that’s great if you know who you are, but for someone who’s been raised as a people pleaser that statement can feel pretty overwhelming. I guess my recommendation would be start by figuring out what your favorite color is, it’s a lot harder than you think:) I’ve always said my favorite color is red but I gravitate to all shades of blue. So it would seem my favorite color is blue:) What’s yours?

I gravitate towards greens, but I've a lot of blues surrounding me - I'm not sure I can choose a favourite!

I'm finding I enjoy a more holistic approach to overall wellbeing (hormonal status included) but I'm going to start including more topics that affect the entire persons wellbeing. 🗓️Over the next couple of days you will start seeing changes and I hope you are as excited as I am! @Andrea Williams That’s quite a journey 🫶 self education seems to be the way a lot of women go - I’ve not seen a single doctor about my HRT - was all done over the phone (was a hangover from COVID where seeing a doc was challenging!) and I get a yearly form to fill in via email. I altered the dosage of progesterone myself (it had been prescribed as take 2 for 14 days, every six weeks) but I started taking one every night as I wasn’t getting any breakthrough bleeding anyway. They don’t help me sleep, I use meditation/hypnosis for that. I haven’t noticed any side effects. Really sorry to hear you did 😔 But yeah - hormones are so complex! Haven’t we got such amazing bodies? 🥰
