Assalam o Alaikum. My name isMaryam. My height is 5 feet 2 inches, my current weight is 63 kg, and I am 25 years old. Due to unhealthy eating habits—especially eating late at night and sleeping immediately because of my job—I gained weight from 55 kg.I now aim to lose weight before my marriage, and I truly believe these challenges will help me a lot, In shā’ Allāh.
