DECEMBER: THE MONTH OF COMPLETION & ALIGNMENT
December isn’t just the last month of the year. It is a checkpoint. A mirror month. A frequency that asks: - What did you master? - What are you ready to release? - Who did you become this year? - What no longer matches your frequency going into 2026? This is the month of alignment, not pressure.The month of reflection, not regret.The month of fine tuning, not fixing. 💡 Core Ideas: - December is the perfect time to audit your identity: beliefs, habits, friendships, routines. - Not to judge them but to ask: Do they still serve my next level? - What would your 2026 Self keep — and what would they drop without hesitation? - December is about entering the “empty space” so new reality has room to enter. - When you align your inner world this month…January won’t be a resolution — it will be a continuation. 🌀 December Practice & Reflection Prompts Use your journal or do voice prompts 1. What did I outgrow this year — and am I brave enough to let it go? 2. Where did life prove me right? Where did it challenge me to level up? 3. What belief kept me small that I’m ready to retire? 4. What frequency do I want to enter 2026 with? (One word: Power, Peace, Certainty, Momentum, Prosperity…) 5. How would my highest self finish this year? ✨ The Real Shift:We don’t meet our new reality on January 1st. We start building the frequency… right now. December is the launchpad. 1. I finally faced the old story I was telling myself, and I’m still in the process of outgrowing it. 2. Life proved me right in my resilience — and challenged me to rise into real leadership, authenticity, and consistency. 3. The belief that held me small was: “I’m not good enough.” I’m ready to release it fully✨ 4. My frequency for 2026: Certainty. 5. My highest self would finish this year with deep self-reflection — proud of the inner work I’ve done, moving with ease, love, and treating myself gently.

Before Your Feet Hit the Ground — Give Thanks
Before your feet touch the ground tomorrow… give thanks. If you start your day setting the frequency, that the entire day will follow. Use the journal and pages you have printed from this course as prompts. ✨ Before you stand up, place your hand on your heart and give thanks for at least 3 things: Some sample prompts - The breath moving through you — proof that you’re chosen for another day. - Your body — the vessel that carries your dreams into the physical world. - Your mind — the tool that can rewrite your entire life through belief alone. - A challenge you’re facing right now — because it’s sculpting you. - Someone you love — because relationships are the wealth we often forget. - Your future self — because giving thanks before it arrives is how it arrives. Why does this matter? Because gratitude shifts you into receiving mode instantly. Love this. ✨🙏🏽 Before getting up tomorrow, I’ll be grateful for: 1. Another day to grow, shift and create. 2. My kids, who remind me daily why frequency work matters. 3. The inner strength that carries me through every chapter.A powerful start makes a powerful day.
Gratitude
I just finished the gratitude exercise and I really loved it. It’s so much fun to notice what’s already present in my life and what I can be grateful for. I’ve practiced gratitude before, usually every night before going to bed, but this exercise reminded me of so many small things I had forgotten. Bringing them back into my awareness was very helpful and uplifting.Thank you ✨
Modul 3
I’ve worked through Model 3 and noticed that it was quite intense and challenging for me — not in all areas, but in some, especially where I still feel a bit weaker. The way the questions are asked, how they inspire deeper thinking, and what comes out of that process is really very helpful🙏🏽

It’s quite interesting, especially with topics like my character. I’ve always thought I was strong there, the outcome of what I wrote was surprisingly positive and helpful. It really showed me where I currently stand and also highlighted the strengths that are already within me.
