Gratitude
I just finished the gratitude exercise and I really loved it. It’s so much fun to notice what’s already present in my life and what I can be grateful for. I’ve practiced gratitude before, usually every night before going to bed, but this exercise reminded me of so many small things I had forgotten. Bringing them back into my awareness was very helpful and uplifting.Thank you ✨
