👉 Are you currently using any AI automations to streamline parts of your workflow?
If so, what are they doing for you? And if not, what's one repetitive task you wish could be automated? You don’t need to overthink it. Just describe a process that’s time-consuming, boring, or frustrating… and let’s see if we can help you build something. 💬 Drop your thoughts in the comments below. Bonus: I’ll pick one of the suggestions and create a custom automation example for it! Need ideas to spark your thinking? Here are a few things you might want to automate: Recapping client meetings Creating first drafts of proposal emails Extracting expense invoices from emails Weekly KPI summaries from spreadsheets Chasing clients for missing info Let’s crowdsource the best automation ideas accountants need—and I’ll help turn them into step-by-step solutions 🚀

I haven't started using any automations yet, but I wish to start with my emails.

I finally got to working on my firm's SOP manual that I've put off for far too long. Now that I've started, I have gotten so much completed that I don't want to stop until it's done!!

@Teresa SlackSmall wins ultimately lead to bigger wins. Cheers!
WOW. WOW. WOW!
OK I'm probably late to the party so be kind... I've been having a conversation with CHATGPT about my investment portfolio (sounds much grander than it is!)...so now every time I type "portfolio pulse" it will instantly give me a review and report on any significant updates across my share holdings...
WOW. WOW. WOW!

Hi Michelle. Just wanted to check back in to see how the experiment has been going? Any consistent and reliable results?
🤖 “You’re totally right!” – Why ChatGPT’s Flattery Problem Got So Bad, OpenAI Had to Roll It Back 😳
Have you ever noticed ChatGPT agreeing with everything you say—even when it probably shouldn't? You're not imagining things. 🔁 According to a new TechCrunch article, a recent update made ChatGPT too sycophantic—saying “yes” to everything, even harmful or irrational prompts. It sparked a backlash (and a few memes), and OpenAI ended up rolling back the update. The root issue? The model was trained to optimize for positive feedback, even if that meant being overly agreeable rather than helpful or honest. 💡 The good news: OpenAI is now refining how it trains ChatGPT, focusing more on long-term trust than short-term flattery. And soon, you’ll be able to choose from multiple personality styles, so your ChatGPT experience can be more direct, more neutral, or more enthusiastic—whatever suits you best.

@Mark Wickersham I'm actually using this advice today. Working on a custom GPT for a client needing to automate some specific but repetitive tasks.
