Hello, Ryan’s the name. I’m from the Seattle area and work in tech. This means that I occupy a chair for extended hours. As I got older the my poor diet got me and I was seeing health problems. A colleague introduced me to TCMM fitness where I met Chris and started my journey. There was a couple of years worth of break due to surgeries. I decided it was time to make a lifestyle change and bought a squat rack and bench. Luckily for me I was able to reconnect with Chris and hire him as my personal trainer. My fitness goals adjust every year to levels that I never even thought were possible. My biggest challenge would be staying on track ensuring accountability. Sweets are my weakness. Switched to a more carnivore based diet and feel better than ever. Working on being more consistent and less cheat meals. Here is my messy workout space
