Big day today! One project finished the brick skirting and is about 2 weeks out from Certificate of Occupancy. Decks, driveway, final grading and backfill, and we're ready to list! And on the other side of the state we had two projects get deck and brick work started, which puts them about 30 days out from Certificate of Occupancy!
