Hi everyone, I'm wondering if it's normal to struggle with meditation when you first start? I find it difficult to actually just sit for longer than 5-10 minutes, I just seem to have no attention span? Additionally when I meditate I get really itchy?! It's as if I feel things crawling on me. Recently I had a firm voice say IGNORE IT but it is driving me a bit nuts and I feel like it's ruining the overall experience š
Is this normal?
