How much I have grown as a businesswoman. --- Reminders No one can waste my time except me. Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don't overwhelm yourself; use the 2-minute rule. The way you do anything is the way you do everything. Conduct weekly and monthly reflections. Don't multitask; focus on one important thing each day. I realized that my job is to do everything within my control, and when the right time comes, I simply need to take the cake out of the oven.
