Hello seekers in community. What brought me to this rest + regulate challenge is simply the awareness that I've allowed my cup to feel close to empty. I've been holding alot for others, even facilitating meditations for loved ones, so making some more time for simple practices steeped in gratitude feels like my alignment step. I'm desiring more self love and spaciousness and recently read how desire can mean movement, so getting back into this community and being present is also bringing me in closer alignment. post sound bath - I felt my intention for my birth month/year bubble up - freedom, along with gratitude, and being peacefully connected to what is happening inside. Access to grace, acceptance of the rhythm of life, of these waves we are collectively wading through.
A love note.
I want you to know, I see you. It’s not lost on me that you’ve taken the time to create a profile here, to show up, and to engage with these sound healing tracks. That choice matters. It tells me there’s something here for you. By gathering in this way, we’re doing more than listening to sound, we’re taking a stand together. Each of us may hold a different vision of what a successful life looks like, of what it means to wake up to a life we love every day. But we share a common reality: We need more stillness. We need deeper breaths. We need ease and spaciousness. We come here to calm our nervous systems so that we can show up better in the roles we care about most. And I believe this with my whole heart: each and every one of you is here because you want to be the fullest expression of who you are. And when you are, when you live from that place, it creates a pretty dang good world for all of us to live in. I look forward to walking this path with you. Thank you for being here. You are a beautiful, beaming light and I'm lucky to stand together with you and take more breaths, ask for more ease, allow in more light. Grateful for your time and energy in helping us all center and create more peace.
Day 2/7 – Strengthening Your Inner Voice 🔆
Focus: Building trust in your intuition. Why this matters: Your intuition is like an inner compass. It becomes clearer the more you listen. Creating quiet, intentional moments for yourself strengthens self-trust and helps you take action that’s in alignment with your values. Pre-Session Prompt : How would I show up today if I fully trusted my intuition and inner wisdom? Sound Bath: As you listen, notice any subtle sensations, thoughts, or feelings that arise. Allow them to simply be there without judgment, trusting that your inner voice will reveal itself in its own way. Reset room : Better Sleep Track: Still Choose either 10min or the 30min Post-Session Reflection: What insights or clarity came forward about my inner strength and intuition? Optional Share with the Group: Did you use the 10min or the 30min? Share one insight or image that came up for you about your inner wisdom. 💛 You are reconnecting with the part of you that always knows the way.

TLDR : My years of inner work is working and I am finding more ease in trusting myself and my intuition. I did the 10 min and found that it was hard for me to settle in and focus initially. I've been doing alot of inner work on this area of trusting myself again, so I felt like this session was a processing and a seeing of what is. I saw progress!! I recalled my roots in the Sikh faith, shared with me through my parents. One of the tenants is Seva (service without expectation of recognition) and I remember during the session, once my mind had calmed that I am continuously being in service to my highest self through this deep inner work and processing of childhood stuff. I smiled because more glimpses of self love and self trust are showing up for me than ever before.
Day 1/7 – Clearing Mental Clutter 🧹

Why this matters:When our minds are cluttered with to-do’s, worries, or lingering thoughts, it’s harder to make confident decisions. Research on expressive writing (James Pennebaker, PhD) shows that putting your thoughts on paper can reduce mental load and open space for new ideas to flow. Pre-Session Prompt (write in your journal or you companion guide) What’s been taking up the most space in my mind lately? How is it affecting my ability to make clear decisions? Sound Bath: As you begin today’s sound bath, imagine each sound wave gently sweeping away the mental clutter you’ve named, leaving you with more space and lightness. Reset Room : Increase Energy Track : Ready Choose either the 10min or the 30min Post-Session Reflection: After listening, which thoughts feel quieter or lighter? Did any new clarity or perspective emerge? Optional Share with the Group: Did you choose the 10 or the 30min track?
