Instant Presence Technique - Integrations, Comments & Shares
You’ve now experienced the Instant Presence Technique. This practice is simple, but it’s not small. It’s a doorway back into awareness, choice, and regulation in real life. (if you haven't played it yet please join here) This post is an integration space, not a performance space. I’d love for you to share: 1. Your ExperienceWhat did you notice when you practiced Instant Presence?• In your body• In your breath• In your emotions or mental state There is no “right” experience. Subtle is powerful. 2. How You’re Integrating It Into Daily LifeWhere are you applying this?• Before work or meetings• During stress or overwhelm• With your partner, kids, or loved ones• When you notice reactivity or disconnection Presence only matters when it meets real life. 3. 7-Day Presence Commitment (Optional but Powerful)If you feel the call, comment below with:“I commit to 7 days of Instant Presence.” For the next 7 days:• Practice Instant Presence at least once daily• Come back to this thread and post a short daily check-in• One sentence is enough: what you noticed, felt, or learned This is not about perfection. It’s about repetition, awareness, and relationship with yourself. Why This MattersNervous system change happens through consistency and safety, not intensity.By sharing here, you’re anchoring the practice into your system and supporting others doing the same. This community is not here to impress. It’s here to remember. I’m grateful you’re practicing alongside us. — Pavel

It’s amazing how something as simple as conscious breathing can bring us back to ourselves.
State of Cohesion October Recording - Where in Your Life Is More Love Needed? Reflections From Last Night
Beautiful Earth 2.0 family, Thank you, thank you for coming together last night. After a month of travel, recovery, and everything we’ve been moving through, it meant so much to share this space with you again. I said this at the end of our call, and I really feel it: the right people, at the right time, with the right chemistry. Each of you brings something into this space. You made last night what it was, and I’m so grateful. Recording: https://zoom.us/rec/share/98msW4Jih0gcgM0BLXLfZ-C7F7bwxFrHXT-J_XT_Ve3AdXw_LyPHOC8b9Hy7MCOs.qCp4XU-Ltgna9e-e?startTime=1791417825000 Passcode: %S+?o#y9 For those who couldn’t join us, I wanted to share a little of the journey and some reflections you can take into your own life. We moved through three rounds of breath, working with the past, the present, and what we’re calling into this next month. We made space to release, appreciate, and get clear, then settled into the heart and the stillness together. One of the questions we sat with was: Where in my life is more love needed? Maybe it’s in a relationship. Maybe it’s something you’ve been resisting or a part of yourself you’ve been judging. Can you pause long enough to hear what needs your attention? What needs to be seen, felt, acknowledged? Sometimes we’re moving so quickly that we don’t give ourselves that moment. We started by looking back at the past month. What hasn’t been working? What have you been holding onto? Where have fear, frustration, or old patterns been taking up space? Just allowing ourselves to honestly see these things is meaningful. You don’t have to judge yourself for what you find. There is room to meet yourself with love here, too. Then we came back to what IS working. This part is so important. We can spend so much time looking at what needs to change that we forget to appreciate everything we’ve already lived, created, and moved through.

This feels like a lovely reminder that love starts with making space for ourselves, too. Grateful for this beautiful community.
October Big NEWS at Earth 2.0: Our Next Chapter Starts Together
Happy October, beautiful Earth 2.0 family. I wanted to take a moment to connect with you, share a little of what’s been happening in our world, and hear what’s happening in yours. There is so much I’m grateful for right now, and so much of it comes back to the people here. Thank you for being part of this community and for continuing to show up for yourselves and one another. We have just finished the most beautiful eight-week cohort with people literally from all over the world, pretty much on every continent. I’m still taking it all in. Getting to spend those weeks together, witnessing what everyone was moving through, and having a space where we could bring our whole selves—it means so much to me. For those who were with us, I would love to hear what stayed with you. What shifted? What are you bringing into your life now? We’re getting ready to release the next one, and I’m excited to share it with you. If you feel a calling to join us, just comment “RSVP” below. Everything is personally curated, so we’ll have a call together first to connect, hear where you are, and see whether this is the right next step for you. You can take a look here: https://www.upperaeon.com/pages/cohort2?r=5#top Tonight, we come back together. Our next State of Cohesion experience is tonight, October 7, from 7–8 PM Chicago time. We’ll move through our System Reset practices, breathe, move, and come back to iEssence meditation. We’ll also make space for what’s happening in our lives—the latest discoveries, the wins, and the places where we’re being asked to grow. This is something I love about coming together in Unity Cohesion. We get to learn from one another, reflect together, and bring what we’re experiencing into the way we actually live. Come as you are. I’m looking forward to being with you. Here’s our link for tonight: https://zoom.us/j/98796638618 Later this month, we have a conversation I’ve been waiting to bring to you.

Sometimes getting started is the hardest part, and a small push can be enough to break that resistance.
Im on autopilot
Driving home from a sunrise hike this morning, standing on top of my car watching the light hit the valley, it hit me how quiet my brain has finally gotten this week. As a freelance digital marketer, my entire life is usually measured in screen time, engagement metrics, and the constant, underlying anxiety of the next brand collab. It’s easy to trick myself into thinking I'm "living the dream" while actually just viewing life through a 6-inch screen. But over the last few days, something clicked. I’ve spent more time looking at the actual horizon than checking my notifications. I’ve been hitting the gym without tracking it, flying my drone just to capture the beauty of the landscape for myself, and filling up pages in my journal with actual, long-term life plans instead of snappy captions. I’m noticing a real shift in how I wake up. The constant urge to produce and hustle is being replaced by this grounded sense of security. I'm remembering that I do this work for the freedom it gives me to explore, not to become a slave to the algorithm. With the holidays wrapping up, the reality of diving back into client work and tight deadlines is right around the corner. Honestly, I used to dread that transition. But right now, I feel a rare kind of optimism. I want to take this version of myself, the one that actually breathes, stays present, and looks up, back into the daily grind with me. For those of you who also juggle, how do you keep from slipping right back into autopilot once the real-world noise starts back up? How do you protect this kind of peace when the notifications start flooding in again? Appreciate you guys for letting me document the raw parts of the journey here

There’s something refreshing about looking up from the screen and reconnecting with the world around you. Sometimes a quiet morning, a little nature, and no notifications can remind us what we’ve been missing.
