If craving hits: drink water, brush teeth, have tea without sugar, or eat fruit. ✅ Post template: No junk today: ✅ / ❌ Biggest craving: ___suger crvings _ How I handled it: ___i eat 3 spoon cake _ 🟠 Step 2: Mobility (10 mins) 🤸‍♀️ Choose one: light stretching, yoga, stairs, easy walk.
