Terms of Service Concerns
Hi Dean & Tony can you please clarify these statements in your Terms of Service. I asked this question in the first post yesterday, before Day 1. But no one bothered to answer my question. Please know that I am absolutely NOT trying to be difficult. I truly feel I need this transparency before I can commit further. These are very important questions that need clarifying in good faith. Complete transparency is needed. This is a lot of money for some of us and I loved Day 1 and Day 2, but to spend that money, I need to know what I’m signing up for. Thank you for your understanding. My Questions: 1. Am I correct in understanding that AI Advantage will own the rights to anything we create in boot camp and post to the group? 2. Am I correct in saying that after joining your programs, AI Advantage then, can and will track us, whether we are logged in or not? And signing up, means that we also grant you permission to SELL our personal information as well as all of our tracking data? Here are the parts of your Terms and Service that I’m referring to. Please answer this concerning question for me. Thank you. SECTION 36 - LIMITS ON AI ADVANTAGE'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Al Advantage and its parent, Mastermind reserve all intellectual property rights materials, images, designs, videos, audio, or other content provided to you by Al Advantage. Such content remains our property and is licensed to you solely for permitted uses under these Terms. Any materials, images, designs, videos, or audio that you create and use to promote your training remain your intellectual property. However, by posting such content on Al Advantage platforms, you grant Al Advantage a limited license to host and display that content. You may request removal of your content at any time, and Al Advantage will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete it within sixty (60) days. SECTION 37 - ONLINE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES AND ADVERTISING We, along with service providers and third parties acting on our behalf, may collect information about your online activity using tracking technologies such as cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, APIs, and web beacons. This information may be collected whether or not you are logged in, and may be associated with your account if you have one.
