AI-Powered Contract Review for Google Docs
Hey Y'all! I'm excited to share a new Google Workspace add-on I've been working on called ContractIQ. It's designed to help legal professionals review contracts more efficiently by using AI to automatically identify key clauses and assess legal risks. What ContractIQ does: - Automatically identifies critical clauses (indemnification, limitation of liability, IP rights, etc.) - Evaluates risk levels with color-coded highlights and explanations - Provides actionable insights directly within Google Docs Our goal is to cut contract review time by up to 60% while improving risk detection. The system works right within Google Docs, so there's no need to switch between applications or learn complex new software. I'm looking for beta testers who can provide honest feedback about the functionality, user experience, and overall value. In exchange for your insights, early adopters will receive significant discounts on future subscriptions. If you're interested in trying ContractIQ or have questions, please comment below or DM me. I'd love to hear what features would be most valuable to you! Thanks for considering!
