One shift is not looking at it like a transaction. Look at every situation as finding a problem and resolve it, find a hurt and heal it, find a need and fix it. That pivot in thinking opens up the door to referrals and long term relationships. People don't follow you because of how much you know, they first want to know how much you care...
New week, new chances to push boundaries.
Entrepreneurship isn’t just about big ideas; it’s about taking action—especially on days when coasting would be easier. If you want to build something real, you’ve got to show up, communicate, and connect… starting with your own contact list. This week, let’s challenge ourselves: Reach out to five people you haven’t connected with in a while. Send that update, ask that question, offer value with zero agenda. Sometimes growth comes from one more conversation, not one more strategy. No more waiting for opportunities—let’s create them. Push your comfort zone. Make the first call. Start the conversation. Momentum starts with YOU. Let’s build, network, and move the business you are pursuing forward—one intentional connection at a time. My goal this week is in addition to this make 1 New meaningful connection. I plan on finding a Real Estate Happy Hour/Networking event this week and attending.. I will post it in the Calendar when I figure out which event I am going to. Also anyone who has Kiddos! Good Luck this week at school... @Will Garner A lot of times people don't partner with a business they partner with the individual in most cases because of the relationship. The partnership made the money, the money didn't make the partnership!!!
Some mornings are more tiring than others… can’t lie
Morning, everyone! ☕ You know what? Some days the motivation just isn't there, and that's real talk. But here's what I've learned - we don't need to feel ready to keep moving forward. I'm right there with you, putting one foot in front of the other. Some days I'm analyzing deals, other days I'm dealing with construction headaches, and some mornings I'm just trying to figure out the next move. But I show up anyway. That's the difference between people who make it and people who don't - we keep going even when we can't see the whole path. We trust the process, we trust our vision, and we keep taking the next step. Today might not be perfect, but it's ours. Let's make something happen, even if it's just one small move forward. We got this! 💪"

And that's the slight edge doing it when you no one is watching. It's like practice, the game is not won on the field it's won in practice. Doing the simple little disciplines everyday even when you don't feel up to it. The challenge with the slight edge is those simple little disciplines are easy to do and are just as easy not to do!!
