Newton’s first law is: “A body remains at rest, or in motion at a constant speed in a straight line, except insofar as it is acted upon by a force.” So if you don’t start something, you’ll never do it (simple); but once the wheels are in motion you start to form the habit into your life. “except insofar as it is acted upon by a force” refers to the distractions in your life. For example: I start going to the gym consistently (wheels are in motion habit is being formed) I get a girlfriend (force) and start spending time with her, which leads to me getting complacent at the gym and that hinders my progress. Don’t let distractions in your life stop you from making progress. And if those wheels aren’t in motion you know what to do: BEGIN.
