Intro
intro: Hi My name is Haneen i started self improvement 2 months ago I bought adonis school and to look into more self improvement topic further out of curiosity and genuinely interested. story: I usually always go gym and grinded on video games and made some money in real life my diet is is good and terrible some days i will cheat on my diet and cope some days I keep it clean before looking self improvement then I found hamza on youtube because I was searching how do muscle areas properly and implement some things that hamza told me LIke his free social skills guide which was really cool I talked to couple cool guys in the gym. Future: Now I would really take things next level as i`m going to pursue entrepreneurship and leave esports behind for now and focus on other things that I cant do in my old age.

Forming a good habit
Newton’s first law is: “A body remains at rest, or in motion at a constant speed in a straight line, except insofar as it is acted upon by a force.” So if you don’t start something, you’ll never do it (simple); but once the wheels are in motion you start to form the habit into your life. “except insofar as it is acted upon by a force” refers to the distractions in your life. For example: I start going to the gym consistently (wheels are in motion habit is being formed) I get a girlfriend (force) and start spending time with her, which leads to me getting complacent at the gym and that hinders my progress. Don’t let distractions in your life stop you from making progress. And if those wheels aren’t in motion you know what to do: BEGIN.
