The things I want to do rest of today: *qi gong *shower *80+ oz water *lay down for 2 hours *after dinner routine *night 8(!!) of Operation Dreamland😁 *karoake with daughter *eat at least one more meal with protein

When did you realize you were a people pleaser? πŸ€—
I'd been a people pleaser for a majority of my life and it is almost recently in the past few years that I had realized that I was putting myself last, which was causing so many issues for me. I'm curious when was the time you realized you were a people pleaser who was always putting others before you?

@Melody Vi i actually like pleasing others now if it doesn't cost me my sanity. I love making people smile, people pleasing have gotten a bad rep o belive
I need a pick me up!
I need a pick me up today!!! My mind is totally in this and is screaming to do something useful... but my body is exhausted. I'm anemic and I always have a couple days that are just so draining that it's very hard to even keep my eyes open, Never mind actually function like a normal human being.... Can everyone drop one thing from this week that they are proud of. Big or small.... I dont care..I have to go sit in a classroom for a teachers break, with the lights off and the children sleeping... I need something to keep my eyes open and put a smile on my face.. bc your wins are really wins for us all.... if you can do it, so can I...we are in this together! I could use a joke or too also! You like photography.... drop me a picture πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°

@Kat Mul what a good cover no one could even remotely guess it with your version unless they've hears the song. I can definitely get the similarly though, ive made sure that it's gonna be in your head for a good while πŸ˜‚ hopefully it's not giving you any other feelings (or is it? πŸ˜‚ )

For me it's going to sleep early (couldn't get myself to it for a long time). What's yours and how does it improve your life if you change it?
Slowly but surely
I'm getting there. I have a big open loop but I'm nibbling away at it. My habits are becoming healthier, I'm recovering from deviations from the ideal... it's all good :)

@Penny Gillett oh nice. What routine have you found or trying to find, tell us about it (ive noticed from my own experience that when we say things aloud or write them, we get a lot of clarity)

@Penny Gillett Oh that is so unfortunate. Isend you hugs and love. Please take thr time to trully express this loss (cry as much as you can, talk about it all day withoit feeling any shame but just don't suppress it - i know how terrible it is to lose your pets. I has lost a few kittens in the past years. β™‘ 🌸 β™₯
