I feel like Iām going to die and it feels bad! Because of life, Iāve not prioritised my fitness. In a year Iāve gone from being my most fit to really struggling. Is this a reason to give up and go back to my room? Noooooo! Itās exactly the reason to start again. It might not take a week, or a month. I might still choose to deprioritise myself. But the fact is, I can do it because I have done it before. Where are you holding back for fear you have lost your abilities forever? You havenāt. You can go again.
