@Mydalia Cotto that “pressing” feeling on the busy days is just old habits dying slow. Keep pushing yourself to stay on task and reminder yourself the season is changing and sometimes that’s heavy, but once you get through this season and not relapse to restart the same season YOU evolve and things get lighter. Also, as you approach busy days that continue to feel heavy and misaligned you Audit to make sure all that is in your schedule is confirmed and NEEDS to be there. If it doesn’t need to be there, have the courage to say NO. 🫆

@Jezalyn Tapia you are supposed to feel the weight, especially through seasons of change. If you didn’t, you would continue to squander it, the weight is the reminder to NOT go back. The key is to stay on track long enough to graduate to a new level so things feel easier and lighter. Work put off gets heavier and heavier each day, week, and month it is delayed or avoided. stay focused and intentional 🫆
