AI-run micro venture studio
I’ve been thinking a lot about what an AI-native business actually looks like. Not “AI helping a human create content.” I mean a system where: • An idea goes in • A digital product gets generated • Platform-native content gets produced and distributed • Performance data feeds back into the system • Predefined rules decide what gets killed or scaled A self-improving micro venture studio that continuously tests small digital businesses and allocates attention based on signal, not emotion. The tools (agents, APIs, schedulers) are interchangeable. The real asset is the logic layer — the rules that determine: What to build next What to double down on What to shut down I’m trying to think about this from first principles rather than stacking random automations together. Curious how others here think about this — is anyone exploring something similar?
@Deeksha Malik I agree completely on defining the signal before launch. The nuance I’m thinking about is distinguishing idea failure from execution failure. Before killing something, I’d want to pressure test positioning and the funnel through a few controlled iterations rather than a single hard metric. Otherwise you risk killing weak messaging, not weak demand.

Choose a Niche
How to Choose a Niche (Without Overthinking) Don’t niche like this: “I’ll automate everything for everyone” That’s how you get ignored. Choose a niche using one filter: Where does speed + follow-up matter? Good examples: Coaches Agencies Local services Recruiters B2B founders Why? Because: Missed follow-ups = lost money Slow replies = lost deals Pick ONE. You can change later if we want or can improve in your niche. Clarity beats flexibility. 🧐Curious about:-> 1. Any missing point from niche choosing process? 2. How you choosed you're niche? 3. Any add-ons? 4. Which point is more good and why ? 5. Any specific questions?
Someone needs to help British Airways with their customer service automation. Ive just spent 3 hours trying to change a flight. Kept getting cut off. Zero follow up via email, call backs, WhatsApp. Just a rant. I understand these big businesses are much harder to incorporate new systems on top of old ones.
Client hunt and acquisition!!
Hi everyone!! Can you please give me some advice on how to acquire clients and where to find them? And any tips on how to easily talk and close them. Thank you!! ☺️
@Glub Glub did you watch Nate’s pinned video?
I built a Compliance Automation for Property Management companies.
I made a Loom video showing my compliance automation. I wanted to run this by the community to see if it’s good enough to post on LinkedIn or if I should tweet it a bit.

Looks great @Danielle G could also work for Airbnb landlords who are also needing to run quite heavy compliance but you would need to adapt based on country requirements. Great job

My background is in real estate for the last 20 years. Making a big shift to try my hand at launching some digitally native products this year.
