đź’¬ What's the Health Goal That Led You Down the Peptide Rabbit Hole?
Everyone's path here is different. Maybe you started digging into peptide research because you were tired of feeling run down. Maybe it was a nagging injury that wouldn't heal. Maybe you just hit a point where you realized there's a whole world of science happening beneath the surface that nobody talks about at your regular checkup. I've talked to people who found this space because they wanted sharper focus, better sleep, faster recovery, or just to understand why their body felt like it was aging faster than it should. And the one thing almost everyone says is the same: "I wish I had known about this sooner." So here's what I want to know 👇 What's the one health goal that started your curiosity? And what's something you've learned along the way that completely changed how you think about your body? Drop it below. Chances are someone else in here is on the exact same path and doesn't even know it yet. For research purposes only.

As much a health issue as a goal. I was diagnosed with diabetes. I started adding weight when my metabolism changed during my 30s. I kept it under control mountain biking through to 40 when I got married. At that time, I was 175# Heavy but still healthy. Over the years I put on a few pounds each year until I was 62 obese, 240# and diabetic. My doctor wanted to put me on Metformin, but I had read of its horror as a gateway to insulin and other issues. I also had read of the successes of new GLP-1 drugs and asked about Ozempic which the doctor agreed to write a prescription for. What I wasn't aware of was the cost even with insurance authorizing it. After the first month the cost tripled sending me to compounding pharmacies and out of pocket payments. After 9-months of treatment I had lost 40# and gained control of my A1c and blood glucose but was at maximum dosage and not losing any more weight. Still overweight and wishing to be healthier I decided to switch to Trizepatide to continue treatment. At that time, I found the grey market and ordered a 1year supply and educated myself on the proper storage, reconstitution and use of the peptide. It arrived in timely fashion and into my freezer it went. As I ran out of Semaglutide I found a reconstitution calculator and removed my first vial from the freezer add Bac and then transferred enough for one dose to a sterile vial for traveling and packed it in a thermal carrier and added it to my carry-on luggage. (I was learning all kinds of new stuff) My weight plateau has broken with the switch and now I have after reading I started to consider what I may consider adding to my protocol. My remaining issue is visceral fat. Any suggestions for a guy 63 just looking to get healthier?
