What I Wish I Knew Before Starting My Offer
Hey Growthworks fam! After spending a month inside this amazing community, I’ve had a few facepalm moments, the kind where you realize, “Why didn’t I know this earlier?!” Here are 3 things I wish I had clear before building my offer: 1. Your offer is not your course – It’s the transformation you’re selling, not the content itself. That shifted everything. 2. Simplicity wins – I wasted weeks overcomplicating stuff. Clear > Clever. 3. Positioning is 80% of success – The way you frame your offer often matters more than what’s inside. Would love to hear from others, what’s one thing you wish you knew earlier in your journey? Let’s help the next person skip the struggle

Yeup, I've outclevered myself a bunch of times.
Conundrum
Another little conundrum that pops up for me is the "There are other people out there crushing it that really don't have good offers. You have way more to offer than them (in terms of solution). So I wonder, what is it "they" have? Is it just great marketing, currency, etc. Should we be copying their messaging if it creates so much attraction? Or do they have something else?

@Ed Owen I think you have the structure. I think you need to move the benefit up to the first line. I don't think, could be wrong, that free software is what people are looking for. Heck, your course is supposed to be $3K or more, a high ticket item. I think people are looking for results.

@Ed Owen I don't know what to say, Ed. The advertising spend won't justify a $300 course. Did you see the three tiers: High Ticket to Low ticket? You either have the wrong market or wrong product. For this course you need to brainstorm a way to give $12,000 worth of value for a $3,000 product price. I'm not exactly sure what the ROI for Value to Price should be, but 4x seems reasonable if you can do it in a short amount of time.
HOW TO PRODUCTIZE YOURSELF!
Since everything we teach is about PRODUCTIZATION: Turning an intangible service or program into a unique physical and irresistible offer, let's do a fun exercise and productize yourself! 1) Log Into ChatPGT 2) Use my prompt and update with your copy, brand and items (along with a photo of you). 3) Post your result here! PROMPT: Please create an image of an action figure in packaging. The package should be labeled "Online Business Ninja & Founder." Use the attached photo as a reference for my face. He is tall, muscular, and handsome, dressed in black workout pants and a green V-neck T-shirt. The cardboard section of the package should be branded with the name “Fletchmonster.” The packaging should include a dedicated section labeled 'Accessories,' which contains the following items: - An iPhone - An Apple-style laptop computer - A microphone - A bottle of water - Nunchucks Make the overall design visually appealing and reflective of a futuristic AI YouTuber theme. Only use the attached image as a reference for the face of the character and the logo on the shirt. Do not include an image of the character on the packaging.

Feature suggestion - The Proposal
Hello, feature suggestion: How about a proposal creation section summarizing your client needs, highlighting your competitive advantage approach, timelines and demo assets. Here's a quick mock up of what I'm working on as a proposal to AARP. (last section shows all the demo assest (may be too much??)
