Here are 3 things I wish I had clear before building my offer:
- Your offer is not your course – It’s the transformation you’re selling, not the content itself. That shifted everything.
- Simplicity wins – I wasted weeks overcomplicating stuff. Clear > Clever.
- Positioning is 80% of success – The way you frame your offer often matters more than what’s inside.
