UN vote in favour of reparations against the UK ( 🤬😡‼❌🤬)
While it is not legally binding, it is a stepping stone. This utter, utter BS, is pure trash, IMO nothing but an attempt at collective punishment motivated by sheer greed and anti-white racism, backed by the usual culprits, China, Russia, and the Islamic Republic (Qatar is probably in there too). Baring in mind that UK campaigned to end slavery over two centuries ago - they literally fought to end it. And this BS trash vote said not a peep about ongoing slavery in Africa itself, and ongoing Islamic slavery - because people long dead are so much more important then the people of today, apparently (unless they are making money, of course). 🤬🤬 Britain abstains from UN vote calling on UK to pay slavery reparations - AOL

Why would the UK abstain from this vote against them?

@Rebecca Abbott What's disgusting is that GB did more than any other nation on planet earth to end slavery across the globe up until the USA had its tragic civil war. There's some good history short docs on this on YouTube.
Regime Ambassadour gets kicked out of Libanon.
https://youtu.be/0MRvqR8vNfA?is=ErJkOYxkj1co0otW Also; Short-term visas for Iranian embassy staff in Sweden will no longer be granted. 🇸🇪 Visas already issued to some individuals wont be extended. This is big, we have been working for a long time for something to happen. https://www.aftonbladet.se/nyheter/a/zOOgd5/sverige-stoppar-visum-for-iransk-personal

@Jeffrey Cappella In this video he shows numerous Tucker clips from only a few years ago where he seems quite reasonable and those clips are 180s from where he is now. Other than ascribing his 180 flip to simple $$$ I don't know what happened. Usually people who have a flip of ideology in their life it is a movement from the irrational to the rational. Not the other way around. It's weird. I don't get it.
The Death of U.S. Soldiers Is Not a PR Problem
When American service members die in combat, reporting it is not “trying to make the president look bad.” It is the basic duty of a free press. Pete Hegseth complained that when U.S. troops are killed, the media makes it “front-page news,” suggesting journalists are simply trying to embarrass the president. Karoline Leavitt then backed him up, scolding reporters and defending the administration’s criticism of the coverage. This is an outrageous way to talk about the deaths of American soldiers. When Americans die in war, it should be front-page news. Their sacrifice is not a public-relations problem for the White House to manage. These are human beings who volunteered to serve their country. Treating the reporting of their deaths as political sabotage dishonors the very people the government claims to support. If anything deserves national attention, scrutiny, and reflection, it is the loss of American lives in war. Thoughts for discussion? @Sabina Scott Conrad You haven't said anything to prove your point. What am I lacking in self awareness? State something. Stop using personal attacks. What does this personal attack mean? You said above, ''I hope you are born as a woman in another life so that maybe you will learn something."

@Dani Spivak There's weirdos like Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson and the usual left wing kooks who make these claims. Do you have any data supporting your claim that ''the US has substantial elements that want to tell you that theocracies are good and Iran should get a nuclear weapon" Even the most prominent Christian American public figures I'm aware of are against Christian theocracy in America. Where's the evidence of 'substantial elements'? I'm sure you can find a few kooks who say they want to replace the constitution with the bible...but that's an extreme minority view. (we can all find a fringe tiny minority who believe in anything....leprechauns included) I am atheist and am not at all worried USA is in danger of jettisoning the constitution in favor of some Iran style theocracy. (3 out of 4 states would have to agree to even 1 constitutional amendment plus 2/3rds both houses). Our US constitution is one tough lady. :-) Are you really worried?. I'm not. I doubt almost any American is.
March 23rd is International Atheist Day!
Whether you’re an atheist or not, if it’s safe for you to do so, I encourage you to wish an atheist a happy Atheist Day today. A simple gesture like that can go a long way in making atheists feel accepted, especially in places where atheism is still taboo or dangerous. And if you’d like, you can use a green circle as a symbol to celebrate the day. Let atheists know they are not alone, not hated, and not invisible. I wish you a very happy Atheist Day 💚 #atheistday

@Yuval Cohen Thanks, Yuval. I've been down that road earlier in life and didn't choose non religion out of whim or emotionalism but because of logic. :-). I understand why people believe it, somewhat at least, since I came from there. I go to the voice room some days here in the evenings after Armin's normal session usually ends. Perhaps I'll chat with you there in length some day.

@Dvirah Talbi You state the old argument that 'atheism is just another religion''. Logically then, All 8.4 billion people on the planet are religious. Atheism is a lack of religious belief. Christians specifically in America have used this sort of trick reasoning for decades. (other religions elsewhere too I imagine) They claim believing in no god requires 'faith'. 'Faith' = religion. Therefore all atheists are religious. There's another variety where they ask if a person says 'yes, I believe in God'. They ask, 'so do you believe Jesus existed?'. The religious person says, 'Yeah, I believe Jesus existed''. Final illogical conclusion is, ''Great! You're a Christian!! You just don't know it!''
