Finished up a caddying in a member guest tournament today.. Unfortunately, my golfers did not win it, but grateful to always be on the golf course and connecting with people from across the country! -scheduled a call with a Real Estate mentor of mine on there current buy box and what deals they would sponsor/looking for currently in this market. - looked at AI tools to assist with underwriting -dialing in on cold calls for next week to start reviewing some deals! Momentum never stops when you start, there is doorways to opportunity as long as your willing to take that step Where your focus goes your energy flows! Stay abundant

Hey @Nick Chapman might be a loaded question.. What is a great number / percentage of cash flow that your teams/investors like to see once closing an apartment deal? Is there a general guideline and on what you’d like to see your NOI at? Or is this more of an individual preference per team/investors After all expenses are covered : mortgage : insurance : utilities : etc…

Hi everyone, My name is Ricky Finco I am currently a golf caddie and recently started looking for multifamily real estate deals. I reside in central Wisconsin with intentions to move to Colorado in 7 months. Then for the winter seasons I reside in Naples Florida for 3-4 months. A fun fact about me is I was a college athlete at the university of Wisconsin Madison.
