Share my Google shopping ads plan and heard some feedbacks.
Hey guys I’m a small business owner, sell some handcraft bowls. I want to share my Google shopping ads plan and heard some feedbacks. Here is my one-month plan. Tell me is good or not.😎 Week 0~1 - Goal: Achieve 50+ clicks (ad group) and 10+ conversions (campaign) to provide a data foundation for subsequent smart strategies. Phase 1: Day 1-3 Objective: Rapidly acquire baseline data Budget Strategy: - All groups use "Max Clicks" - Non-core groups' budgets capped at 50% Phase 2: Day 4-7 Objective: Identify high-potential groups Budget Strategy: - Increase budget for groups with CTR > 1.2% or add-to-cart rate > 3% - Pause low-performing groups Phase 3: Day 8-14 Objective: Optimize ROI efficiency Budget Strategy: - Rank groups by ROAS: Week 2 Budget Distribution - 60% to Bundles (Higher unit price) - 30% to Standard Sizes (Testing popular dimensions) - 10% held as flexible reserve Performance-Based Rules 1. Low CTR Suspension 2. Bundle Priority Boost Week 3 - Objective: Focus on high-converting products to improve ROAS. - Switch to "Target ROAS" bidding, with an initial target set at 250%, then gradually increase. Dynamic Bidding Strategy - Target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Initial target set at 300% - Time-based adjustments: Increase bids by 20% during peak user activity hours, decrease bids during off-peak hours. - Device differentiation: Increase bids by 15% on high-converting devices. Week 4 - Allocate budget to high-converting ad groups (e.g., Oval Set) based on ROAS performance. - Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate) every 48 hours and adjust bids/budgets dynamically. - Strategy upgrade: Once conversion data stabilizes (e.g., 20+ conversions per week):

@Stephen Gache I really didn't consider that splitting into two ad campaigns would make my Google Ads learning efficiency lower. I'll use one campaign first and only split it after getting conversions. My "bundle sort of groups" are product sets of three sizes, equivalent to "SET OF 3." Since the average order value is higher, I created a separate ad group for it. Should I remove this ad group? Also, I'd like to know where I can check the industry average CPA—I admit I haven’t researched this before. Since I have many ad groups now, what’s the minimum budget you recommend for each ad group to start with?

@Stephen Gache Got it, I’ll start with a single campaign. Why is PMax’s Shopping feature better? I’ve only used standard Shopping ads before—what’s the key difference? Does PMax Shopping drive higher conversions?
Anything i can do to increase my ROAS?
I start my google shopping ads for 6 days and it's totally no purchase at all. I'm a small bussiness owner which sell some handmade baskets and trays. My budget is $50/day and i do maximize clicks which set limit for $1/click. I do optimaze my nagtive keywords and other optimaze for my feed and website everyday, However still no conversion. I feel disappointed at the moment. Any professional suggestion to increase my ROAS? Should i wait my ads to learn more time or should i quite?

Google Shopping ADS Campaign Structure Question
I sell handmade wooden products like bowls, plates, baskets😎. I just started using Google Shopping ads to promote them. I don't know how to structure my campaign. As a new brand, I don't think people will search for my brand first😥, so I use product features to structure my campaign. Please tell me if I am doing it right and how to optimize it?💖 Below is my campaign structure:
