Y’all… the irony isn’t lost on me that I’m literally creating a mental health community while also having days like Sunday, when my dad calls mid-nap to move furniture and I immediately start stress-cleaning because I know he’ll comment on my granite countertops 😅 One day I’m having a breakthrough about rest. The next I’m hiding in my apartment pretending to “do something” while he critiques how dirty my place is. And honestly? This is the healing journey. Not the Instagram version where everything’s neatly resolved, but the one where: ✨ You still can’t say no when a coworker asks you to cover a shift ✨ You post about rest while staying up too late working ✨ Your inner child is screaming at 3pm on a Tuesday ✨ You’re spiraling but also answering emails Here’s the wild part: my baby Skool community (2 weeks old!) already has 14 members + 79% engagement. Strangers are more active than my email list. Why? Because people smell real. Members are literally thanking me for creating a space that feels genuine, not because I have it all figured out, but because I’m willing to share the messy middle. I’m not building this business after healing. I’m building it inside the healing. And maybe that’s the most authentic thing I’ve ever done. Anyone else creating something meaningful while actively figuring it out?

My whole life turned upside down recently and it has catapulted me into this journey. I was taking it before, but just got pushed into light speed and super life rawness in a matter of days. I felt like an alien and a total failure...and with all this extra time on my hands I decided to focus on Skool. I'm determined to exist as a positive human being grateful for everything and to that end began putting positive work into my community. I needed to learn the inner workings because I am a visualizer and I can't push forward without being able to see it first...and then I found YOU GUYS. Nice to know I'm not crazy. Alien verdict is still out.

Joining this community and has been a major reset for my plans with my Skool community. Al I hear about community these days is the potential money it could bring in and it started to brainwash me. Don't get me wrong, I love me some dolla dolla bills yo, but it feels like the We most people talk about community nowadays strip the most important part away from it. That intangible magic, the unicorn poop that makes you feel connected with people, that gets you excited like a kid on Christmas morning to chat with people online, in otherwords the ✨vibes✨ It seems like that is what this community stands for, so I'm really excited to be on board, to absorb this energy and to learn even more!
