Inviting Collaboration
AI automation is evolving fast, but the real power comes from how communities use it. I’d love to hear from this group: what’s the most surprising or creative way you’ve applied automation recently? Let’s share ideas and build a playbook of real‑world wins..

@Hicham Char "That’s huge dynamic personalization really does change the game. Matching copy to search intent makes the experience feel so much more relevant for users.
Thought‑Starter Post (Engagement Focus)
AI automation isn’t just about efficiency — it’s about freeing up human energy for creativity and connection. I’ve been thinking about how automation could transform industries where chaos is the norm (like events or hospitality). Imagine AI systems that not only handle logistics but also adapt in real time to unpredictable changes. Curious how are you all seeing automation reshape the way we handle complexity in your fields?

@Hicham Char "Exactly tri chaos. Real‑time AI scheduling could be a game‑changer, not just for staff coverage but also for reducing burnout. Imagine a system that balances patient load with staff energy in the moment.
How AI Can Help Us by 2026
As we look ahead to 2026, it’s clear that AI is moving from experiment to everyday partner. The pace of change over the past few years has been staggering, and by next year we’ll see AI automation reshape not just workflows, but the way we think about problem‑solving itself. šŸ”‘ Key ways AI will help us by 2026: - AI Agents as Digital Colleagues: Instead of just answering questions, AI will collaborate with us — managing tasks, orchestrating processes, and adapting in real time. - Hyper‑Automation Ecosystems: Multi‑agent systems will coordinate across platforms, reducing human bottlenecks and streamlining complex workflows. - Natural Language Interfaces: By 2026, talking to AI will feel like talking to a teammate. Natural language will become the default programming interface, making automation accessible to everyone. AI won’t just be a tool — it will be a strategic partner across industries, helping us manage complexity, unlock creativity, and build resilience. The question isn’t if AI will help us, but how we’ll choose to use it.
šŸš€New Video: I Built an AI Voice Receptionist with Vapi and n8n MCP (free template)
I built a full AI voice receptionist using VAPI on the front-end and n8n on the back-end, powered by an n8n MCP server that connects to seven n8n workflows. In this video, I walk through the entire system from scratch and show how the agent gathers info, manages the CRM, books and updates appointments, transfers calls, answers questions, logs every call, and keeps an appointment history. Everything is built with no code and designed to be easy to customize for your own use case. By the end, you’ll understand the full setup and have everything you need to launch your own AI receptionist. GOOGLE SHEET TEMPLATE

Thank you very much..
Mistakes
The biggest mistake beginners make with AI agents They tell the agent what to do, but never tell it how to think. Instead of: ā€œAnalyze this and respondā€ Try: ā€œThink step-by-step. First identify X. Then check Y. Then decide Z. Only then respond.ā€ That one change makes agents feel 10x smarter. Not because the model changed — because the thinking path did. What's your niche? Will it help? Any suggestions?
