This will be my main skool!
So change of plans guys. I’m turning this into my main Skool.All of my videos, systems, and future content will live here. Since you’re the OGs who got in early,you’re locked in with free membership for life. If you have friends who’ve been on the fence,tell them to join now,because this group will be paid soon. I’ll be adding a lot more videos in here,and I’ll probably start doing weekly Zoom calls too. If that fires you up, drop a like on this post 💪

Great Andreus!
Dangerous takedowns!!??
So if you guys have not seen it check out my new instagram video! its on non acceptable takedowns, which included jumping guard, scissor takedowns and trap armed mat returns. so I want know you guys opinion on the topic, do you think I'm right? if not let me know why, I am open to discussion. and if you have any other takedowns you think you shouldn't do at practice let me know as well!

Hi Andreus, I think jumping guard is not even a takedown but something shouldn' exist at all. I think it's a distortion of exploiting the competition ruleset and that's it. Regarding the scissor takedown, the danger depends on how is executed on one side and on how the other person managed it in terms of proper falling and self preservation technique. I woudn't call it dangerous but simply a very advanced move that should be forbidden until an high level is reached. In both the occurences the real problem sits in the ego of the person choosing to do these takedowns, not in the takedowns themselves

@Andreus Bond totally agree
uchi mata
today i wrestled with a guy who is really good at doubles but i stopped them really easily with my hips and every time after that i tryied to go for an overhook uchi mata but this guy puts his hips in just in time so he resists the throw and it ended with me loosing the battle any recomentatiins or maybe attacks that i can do when he gives me thag reaction?

First of all very good job in having the ability to defend a double leg through an uchi mata. Personally I feel lucky enough to properly sprawl 😅 on uchi mata: I usually chained it with a quick ankle pick: if the uchimata didn't work I simply move the leg with which I tried the uchimata behind the far away leg of my oppnent and placing my foot outside just to prevent him or her to move. From there I go for the ankle pick
What are y'all working on?!
