@Ron van der Aar so I’m assuming you mean they are real low in there stance like a sumo stance. When they do this I like to snap them down to front head position. Normally they are low because there being very defensive of there legs! Hope this helps!!

@Ron van der Aar ahh i see so if they are in a stance like that throwing in fakes is key and so is hand fighting. gotta make him come up to you so making him uncomfortable by throwing in fakes and hand fighting is your best bet. if he's just in a stance like that it just means he is not threatened by you.
Welcome to Takedown U — Introduce Yourself
Drop an intro so we can all get to know you. Answer these 5 questions: 1. What’s your name + where do you train? 2. How long have you been doing jiu-jitsu? 3. How confident do you feel with takedowns right now (1–10)? 4. What’s the biggest thing you struggle with on the feet?(stance, shots, getting sprawled on, fear of shooting, etc.) 5. What’s one takedown or skill you really want to learn? Optional:Post a training goal for the next 30 days.

@Dmitrius Tyler that's awesome on the weight loss bro, and I might addd wrestling is the most tiring and calorie lossing thing you can do!
Over tie attack system!!
Just dropped the new Overtie Attack System inside the classroom. It’s only unlocked for Level 2 members — which is super easy to hit. Here’s how Skool levels work: • Post something = +1 point • Comment = +1 point • Someone likes your post/comment = +1 point Hit 5 points and you’re Level 2.Most people can get there in just a few minutes. Once you’re Level 2, you’ll see the Overtie course unlock automatically. Let’s level up together and keep building this movement.

new wins category for you guys!
Alright team — I just opened this new Wins section. Drop ANY win in here. One takedown. One clean entry. One moment where wrestling finally made sense.Big wins, small wins — they all stack. And when you share yours, it lifts everyone else up. Let’s build this together.Let’s start this movement.

@Ryan Labuda thats a great idea. im not sure about directly in skool, but let me come up with a way for you guys to and I can critique them for you guys! give me today and ill figure something out brother!

@Ryan Labuda hey I just created a new chat with instructions on how to send me videos for match review! its really easy just upload to YouTube and make unlisted so you can send me the link and I will watch it and give you the best review I can! imagine doing this because the quality on skool gets bad when you upload video to it.
Roll critiques!!
We’re starting a dedicated thread for match critiques so everything stays clean and organized. When you upload video straight to Skool, the quality gets destroyed — so here’s the move: Upload your match to YouTube as Unlisted (means no-one can see it unless they have the link)→ then drop the link in the comments here. Add your name and what you want me to look at specifically(optional) Let’s break these down together and keep leveling up. Movement starts here.
