uchi mata
today i wrestled with a guy who is really good at doubles but i stopped them really easily with my hips and every time after that i tryied to go for an overhook uchi mata but this guy puts his hips in just in time so he resists the throw and it ended with me loosing the battle any recomentatiins or maybe attacks that i can do when he gives me thag reaction?

biggest thing i have been trying to understand is who wins in underhook vs overhook situation. and i know you kneed ex inside hip position for uchi mata but still i just dont understand that key moment that there is witch you know you can launch someone

body lock sounds good.i would love to learn to play overhook and just launch guys

1.Ioannis Konstantinou and i train at a local gym in cyprus. 2.i have been doing bjj for almost three years. 3. my confidence on the feet has gotten better but its still at a 4,i basically can survive or do fine in the grip fight while doing almost nothing when wining it but when fatigue or someone who is skilled in stand up i crumble. 4.i think the thing i struggle the most is good getting sprawled on and basically a lot in the department of shots 5.i should learn takedowns that i go to my knees but ill also dlove to learn ducks and throws and stuff like that
