Meal Prep Day!
What's cooking for you? For me, Sunday means donuts with the family and meal planning with some prep for the week. I don't personally prep full meals, but I do make batches of chicken and veggies to lighten the load as we go. And yes, I definitely utilize pre-packaged, canned, and frozen veggies to further help save time with a family of 5, with 3 being young boys 😅

Any suggestions on how to portion food out for both ease of use or minimizing waste due to losing freshness
So, it's gonna be hot this week đŸ„”
Even though the gym has AC, you're gonna sweat. Stay hydrated for your health! It doesn't have to be plain water, any non-alcoholic beverage helps. Sip on water throughout the day, and consider electrolytes. Ask if you have any questions on that! And really, it's a myth that coffee is dehydrating. Caffeine can make you go to the bathroom sooner than later, but there's still more water in coffee than the caffeine would make you pee out. So enjoy that iced coffee 😏

Any ideas on what we should be doing for Electrolytes?
New Coaches - Coming soon!
Coaches Anderson and Coach Tom will be starting to do more of the posts inside this group as well as potentially adding more content and new members. We would also love to get out more content that you can save, keep with you or reference later on. I know we have a good mix of groups and people. So I want to know. What would help you more

Monday Mood
Food, fitness, and healthy habits all sound simple. We know what to do—eat better, move more, sleep enough. But doing it? That’s the hard part. Many people think they need more motivation. But really, what most people need is consistency and discipline. Motivation is how we feel about doing something. Discipline is doing it even when we don’t feel like it. And guess what? Our feelings—or mood—change all the time. When we’re happy, we might feel like working out or cooking a good meal. But when we’re sad, tired, angry, or stressed, we might skip workouts, grab fast food, or eat snacks we don’t really need. This is called stress eating. This doesn’t mean we’re lazy or weak. It just means our emotions can get in the way. That’s why it helps to notice how we feel before we eat or make a health choice. Good moods can help us stay on track. Bad moods can throw us off. But the more we practice doing the right things, even when we don’t feel like it, the stronger our habits become. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up—one day at a time. 🧠 Your Turn! What’s one mood that helps you stay on track with your health habits? What’s one mood that makes it harder? Drop your answers in the comments below! Let’s talk about it. 👇
Food Freedom?
We often time hear about food noise
sees oils, this diet, that diet, eat this, eat that, stay away from this that and the other. We want to know what “Food Freedom” means to you? For me: being able to eat what I want, when I want, while knowing what it’s going to do for me, how I can counteract it and making sure that if I stick to a few principles that work for me, I can essentially have my cake and eat it too.
