Nutrition Got A Little Easier!
One of the biggest hurdles with nutrition can be tracking food. There are times I don't feel like it or am in a rush. Well. I've got news for you! Cronometer just got better! If you want to streamline tracking, give the new photo logging a try. It's in beta right now. Seems to be pretty accurate though with finding the food items. I tweaked the servings a little after it analyzed the image. Only hiccup was it claimed thw Taco sauce was barbecue. Having trouble or questions? Let us know!

Being active doesn't have to be in the gym
What are you doing outside the gym? Yesterday and today, the family and I explored the newly renovated Sycamore Park. Absolutely beautiful playground, modern pavilion (with top tier bathrooms!), disc golf course, walking trail, and pickle ball courts. One day I'll try that game 🤔 In the meantime, back to fossil hunting! There's a sign saying that the river bed is a good spot 👀

Straight to the point - $28/wk or $300 paid in full. Show up for you and maybe leave with one of the giveaways at the end. Ninja Foodi air fryer, meal prep gift cards, maybe some other goods 🤔 Trying to make this as affordable AND valuable to you as possible. You're busy juggling family, friends, social life, career... and trying to find time to fit in time to prioritize your health. And maybe not freak out at the holiday season this year. Maybe... What if it didn't have to be so complicated?
"Everything is fine...."
I bet the parents out there can relate to this feeling while also trying to take care of yourself. Trying to start the day off is hard enough. Throw in breakfast for a kid (or two, or three...) AND get your morning coffee made.... oh, while trying to juggle any messages, dogs fed and let out, all before 8:30a. And this was a Sunday 👀 So, your breakfast looks like coffee or coffee and a pop tart/granola on the way out the door. Relatable? Yeah, me, too some days. 😬 How are you getting your health priorities while prioritizing little mini humans? It can be hard. Really hard. How is YOUR morning routine?
