WEEKLY WINS?
One win from your training lately, big or small. Even if it’s just showing up. I’ll go first I made a high protein low calorie stew 🍲 (meal prep.)

My biggest win this week has been from just showing up. Once you show up with intention, then the exercises you plan to do for 10 minutes become easy to do it 20 minutes or more. And now just by showing up I ended up doing a whole set. Showing up is the most important. As they say in bike riding, the most difficult thing to do when cycling is throwing your leg over the saddle.
