Lessons Learned - Funnel Lab Update
I want to share something that Iāve learned over the last few months since we launched Offerlab back in September. For a long time, I believed the way to win was - Learn another skill - Build more funnelsĀ - Create more contentĀ - Figure it out on my own - Thatās what most of us are taught. But to tell u the truth, that path was starting to be wearing and left me mentally tired, all over the place, finding it hard to focus on the right things, and second-guessing myself. Hereās the truth Iāve learned: The problem wasnāt that I wasnāt doing enough.- I mean this is all I do all day, every day I started to realize that the problem was that I was trying to do everything on my own. I was comfortable in my home making money building funnels, but I can only do so much by myself. I Started To Notice A Pattern As I was watching some of the most successful funnel hackers and watched what they were doing that was actually working ā not just in theory, but in real life ā I noticed a pattern. - The people succeeding at higher levels werenāt: - doing everything by themselves - hiding behind their computersĀ - competing with everyone around them - Here's what they were doing - learning in public - documenting their journeyĀ - Sharing their experiences resources, and connectionsĀ - collaborating with like minded entrroeneksd instead of competingwith themĀ - sharing what they were building ā even when it was messy - Being authentically themĀ - And something clicked for me. They all had a community! Community isnāt a ānice thing to have.ā Itās the shortcut. It's the foundation. It's the fuel. Why This Matters So Much For Me Right Now Building online can feel lonely. It can feel heavy. It can feel like youāre always behind. Most people donāt quit because they arenāt capable. They quit because theyāre isolated. What changed everything for me was realizing: You donāt need more hustle. You need the right people around you People who: - understand the struggle - are on a mission to build their own empiresĀ - are willing to share whatās working for them and what's notĀ - are part of a community that provides guidance and supportĀ -
