Book Launch!!!
Ever feel like your state is running you instead of the other way around? I’ve been quietly building something for us behind the scenes… a book that puts the AIR philosophy on paper — the stories, the tools, and the Rise & Recode Method that’s been shaping this community. It’s for the ones who are done trying to escape their life and are ready to train their life. For recovery athletes. For grinders with a past. For anyone learning to move their body and rewrite their story. Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing pieces of it here inside Skool — early looks, rough cuts, and real conversations. If you could snap your fingers and have one chapter written just for you, what would it be about?

One of the most beneficial things I've learned lately is "the pivot". You have your goals set and the plan in place and then something unavoidable happens and you're forced to change course. It doesn't even have to be something life altering. Like I unexpectedly have to change my schedule to accommodate someone else. I used to go into panic mode, but now I'm able to think and adapt so much better.
WIN / STRUGGLE / WHAT’S NEXT
WIN: I’ve been deep in the work on The Rise & Recode Method, and it’s coming together in a powerful way. It’s going to take time to shape it the way it deserves, but every piece is falling into place. This one is going to be worth the wait. Big momentum. Very exciting. STRUGGLE: I had a five mile trail race his morning and things fell apart around mile three. I didn’t hit the mark on hydration or nutrition yesterday, and I paid for it today. My run training has been lacking too so that probably didn’t help. Anyway, I should have spent more of yesterday thinking about what I would need for today. WHAT’S NEXT: I’m reframing the whole experience as a lesson — a reminder to practice exactly what I teach in AIR. I know better, so I’ll do better next time. This is AIR in motion — Redirect Out of Wallow, Autopilot Into Agency, movement with intention. HYROX is next weekend, and now I know exactly what I need: - Runs the next three mornings - Rest day Thursday - Shakeout run Friday night - Compression boots + recovery - Make sure I hit my hydration and nutrition marks day before and day of

WIN: I got my long run in. STRUGGLE: I was slammed at work yesterday and didn't get anything else done. I was exhausted this morning and I don't regret hitting snooze! WHATS NEXT: Prioritize rest throughout the week and not try to "catch up" so much on the weekend.
Good Morning AIR Fam!
What systems do you have in place to protect your serenity? Are you willing to remove toxic people from your life if it means protecting your peace? Last night I was reading The Dark Side of Discipline, and something hit me that I hadn’t really considered before… Most of us build a to-do list without thinking twice. But we almost never build a to-NOT-do list — the habits, people, environments, and patterns we need to step away from to stay aligned with who we’re becoming. It’s wild how powerful that shift can be. Just something to think about today.

I'm learning about "reverse engineering". Where you imagine the person you want to be and then plan the steps or moves. The "Not" list is a great idea!
