There’s a Difference Between Hosting a Class and Being an Instructor
Not everyone is meant to teach, and even fewer are meant to lead the next generation of designers. I’m quietly opening the conversation around our CDI Licensing Program starting in June. This will give you plenty of time to plan. There are only 5 spots left. This is not for people who want to pop up and teach a class whenever they feel like it. This is not for those looking to run cheap classes just to raise quick money. This is not for those who cannot travel. This is for designers who feel called to teach and understand that excellence, leadership, and credibility matter. The CDI Licensing Program is for designers who want to: • Be developed into a professional draping instructor • Operate under a respected, established brand • Teach inside The Posh Academy ecosystem • Receive ongoing mentorship and instructor-level education • Learn how to lead, teach, and execute at a high standard • Build long-term authority and industry recognition This is not about “hosting your own classes.” This is about being trained, developed, and trusted as an instructor. This is for those interested in traveling, sharing your gifts and being paid well! I’m not opening enrollment yet. I’m building the waitlist and seeing who is truly aligned. 👉🏽 Comment “CDI” if you want to be considered. Many of you say you find out about me and how can help you too late, well we are sharing with you guys what’s coming up and some of you know you need to take action. Meanwhile the newbies are jumping on board and about to run this draping industry bag up! You jumping on or off the ship because it’s moving and it’s filling fast! 👉🏽 Comment “CDI” if you want to be considered.

@Alicia Elmore I’m choosing focus. I’m making decisions that support my long-term vision and staying true to my path before jumping into something new. I’ve learned that chaos and indecision lead to stagnation—and I refuse to let that hold me back.
When Opportunity Knocks, Open the Door
I wanted to jump on real quick and share this because it’s such a reminder to stay open and ready. My Posh Premium Kit arrived today, and I’m genuinely excited to start using it. Every time I upgrade, I make a point to release one of my existing systems—and today, a young lady came by to pick one up. During our casual conversation, she shared that she’s a coordinator for an event space. That one simple exchange opened the door to something bigger. We’re meeting next week to explore how my services can be incorporated into her business and I already know the rest will be history. In the meantime, I’m getting started on the DTF shirt order she placed with me today. This is what opportunity looks like. It doesn’t always come loud it comes through conversations, preparedness, and confidence in what you offer. I’m opening my doors with intention, a new system that works, and belief in what I’m building. CRB Vision is getting on the map in 2026. 🚀 If opportunity knocked this month, what would you want to be ready with?

@Precious Stevens This is what I love about this community. You are constantly growing, not by chance, but because you are truly invested in solving problems. You focus on the people that you serve and move within intent to help those who truly want to be apart of the Draping community. Thanks for going through the trenches so that we don’t have to. This is obviously not to say that we don’t have to put in the work, but you providing the tools makes it easier. You and your team are appreciated.
Draper's Den Kickback - February 4, 2026
We had a Draper’s Den call today and I loved seeing new faces in the room. It was so good to welcome new members and let them experience what this community is really about. Draper’s Den is our weekly open call where we talk all things draping, the wins, the frustrations, the questions you don’t always feel comfortable asking publicly. It’s a safe space to talk to people who actually understand what you’re building and what you’re navigating. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next move, this replay is a perfect example of why being in the right room can shift your mindset, your confidence, and your business decisions. Catch the replay and then make it a point to join us live next week. Sometimes one conversation is all it takes to get you moving again. This call is available to all University members, just jump on when we are live......

Welcome to the Posh Agency, Khadijah Holley
Welcome Khadijah Holley to the Posh Agency family. I’m excited to support your brand and take social media off your plate so you can focus on what actually makes you money. And for the ones watching this… If you’ve got a business but you’re tired of doing all the things, posting, following up, tracking leads, juggling systems, and still not seeing consistent income… This is your sign. We help business owners get organized, visible, and paid with done-for-you social media, systems, and CRM support. If you need help and want your business to work for you (not drain you), comment "AGENCY" and I’ll send you the details. I have room for 2 more clients this month.

As the creative force behind CRB Vision, I design events that hit different. This is where bold styling meets intentional, unforgettable moments.
